Chaparral Pines Golf Club

Chaparral Pines is a gated residential community and private golf club that spans 860 acres in Payson, Arizona. Located in the picturesque Mogollon Rim area, our community is surrounded by beautiful Ponderosa Pine forests and stunning mountain views. Our par-72 golf course, designed by David Graham and Gary Panks, features a challenging layout that includes rocky outcroppings and lovely water features. It was named one of Golf Digest’s “Top 10 New Private Golf Courses in the U.S.” when it opened in 1997 and consistently ranks among the magazine’s “Top 10 Private Golf Courses” in Arizona. We offer a range of property types, from affordable home sites to custom-designed homes, all crafted to complement the natural beauty of the environment.
